Bennington, VT – The Bank of Bennington contributed a combined total of $22,750 to eighteen local food and fuel funds in Bennington, Arlington, Manchester, and surrounding communities in December 2012. Included in the charities receiving donations were HIS Food Pantry at St. Francis de Sales, which serves between 150-200 families each week and the Manchester Food Cupboard, which provided food for over 100 families in the Northshire last year.
